Over a period of a few years Kris Kristofferson wrote his most famous songs: “Me and Bobby McGee”, “Sunday Morning Coming Down”, “For the Good Times”, and “Help Me Make It Through the Night”. With the powerful use of just a few chords, these songs combine pain and ecstasy and are portrayals of both loss and fulfillment.
